National Diabetes Prevention Program

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) is a CDC developed program that has shown to reduce the onset of diabetes among individuals identified as pre-diabetic by 58%. This 22-week (1 hour per session) program will be the only Employee Wellness program offered to employees who meet the requirements and choose to participate. This program is aimed to help prevent the onset of diabetes among those who identify as prediabetic. Prediabetic status can be assessed in several ways.
