In an effort to further spread the values of community and inclusion and to advance our people-centered work environment, our Personal Training team would like to begin a new pilot program that we are calling Open Gym. This Level 5 program within the Employee Wellness Benefit aims to provide additional safety and support during personal fitness time to Full-Time employees who have completed the Personal Training program.

To participate, simply identify which day and time from the list below that best meet your needs then go to room 191 of the LAC to perform your regular workout. There you will find a member of the Employee Wellness Benefit’s Personal Training team. The Personal Trainers will be on-hand to provide safety, encouragement, answer fitness questions, and minor corrections or improvements to your regular fitness routine. Participants are welcome to come check-in at any time during the time frame but demonstrations will be held at the top of the hour.
