Each month, People & Workplace Culture provides updates and consistent training through the Supervisor Guidance Meetings to ensure you feel supported in your role as a new SLCC Supervisor. We also provide additional trainings on supervision, leadership, and wellbeing that can be found in SLCC Today.

Supervisor Guidance & Support Meetings (SGM)

SGMs will be held on the first Wednesday of every month from 10am to 11am. Every meeting will be in-person with a virtual option in the webcast format, which includes the Q&A function. The sessions will be recorded and available on the PWC website. Each month the session will be broadcast from a different campus. Immediately after each meeting, PWC Directors will be available in-person to answer questions until 10:30 am.

Subjects include: the role of PWC as a partner for the work you do, employee performance management, motivating employees, culture building, team building, budgeting and managing budgets, etc.
