This report was commissioned by President Deneece Huftalin as part of a comprehensive analysis and assessment of transfer articulation at Salt Lake Community College (SLCC). This report engages in a analysis the articulation alignment between SLCC AA/AS programs and their direct counterpart BA/BS program at the University of Utah. The report is intended to be used by faculty and administration in improving program articulation between these two leading institutions of higher education in Utah. Broadly speaking the report finds that there are opportunities for improved articulation between the two institutions. Additionally, there are potential systematic issues in the policy structure for the BS and AS degrees.
