This is a toll-free acess for you or a dependent in crisis. Crisis counselors are available by Phone, 24 hours a day, 365 days year.
Services include, but are not limited to the following:
- 8 free Counseling Sessions Per Issue for Full-Time Employees, spouses, and dependents over phone, video, chat or in-person sessions.
- 24-hour crisis support through the Crisis Line.
- Online, community-based support through topic-based forums.
- Tools and resources related to legal assistance, financial guidance, childcare, elder care and more.

- To get Started, go to www.guidance/resources.com (you may scan the QR Code below) or download the Guidance app (image below) through either Apple or Google Play.
- Select Register and then enter SLCC's Web ID: EAPU.
- After entering this one-time code, create a Username and Password for anytime access.
