Salt Lake Community College strives to keep higher education affordable for the residents of its service area. The College consistently tries to minimize the tuition impact on students.

Salt Lake Community College provides assistance when possible through Federal grants, student loans, and outside scholarships. In 2023-2024, an estimated 10,218 students received $41,900,822 in some form of financial aid.
