2017-18 Pathways Collaborative Work Team (Phase II)

Based on the 2016 CWT, the groundwork for Pathways was set. In Fall 2017, information regarding progress to date and a look at moving forward was delivered to the college’s planning council.

Pathways work was then separated into several workflow groups to include curricular, advising, and student intake examination and interrogation.

The Charge

1. Redesign the student advising experience to accommodate and support students in selecting a pathway and develop a graduation/completion plan before or within one semester of initial registration.
2. Develop pathway maps for each new pathway. 
3. Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to communicate pathways to internal and external College audiences. The marketing strategy will include: market research, timelines, and specific marketing communication channel tactics (web, in-person presentations, print pieces, email, etc).
