A/V Services

The A/V Services team at Salt Lake Community College comprises three distinct departments – Media Operations, Video Conferencing, and Classroom Technology & Support. The team is led by the Assistant Director of A/V Services.

Media Operations

  • If you have a technical issue with digital signage – these are the TVs mounted around the college with college-related info slides – such as screens are black or off, access needed to post content, training on how to post.
  • If you have content-related issues, please contact Institutional Marketing.
  • If you need an event recorded/streamed and there is no Zoom element.
  • If you need a studio location to film or photograph on college business.

Classroom Technology & Support

  • If you have an audio/visual issue within a classroom such as projector not working, unable to send a presentation, microphone missing or broken, etc.

Video Conferencing

  • If you have an audio/visual issue within a conference room such as room signage not working properly, projector not working, unable to send a presentation, microphone missing or broken, etc. 
  • If you have an issue with Zoom anywhere such as event scheduling, broadcasting, recording, captions, etc. so long as it's all in Zoom.

If you have a Video Conferencing or Classroom Technology request, please submit a ticket through the Help Desk. If the issue is urgent reach out to those departments specifically or email Dom Zook, Assistant Director of A/V Services.
