Welcome to the Academic Scheduling Office. We are an office within the Academic Systems Department in the Academic Affairs Division. We work with academic departments to strategically schedule academic courses in academic space throughout SLCC’s multiple campuses.
Our Office’s primary responsibility is to assist and advise academic departments on how to effectively schedule their course offerings each term and to coordinate, produce, and publish the class schedule and Final Exam schedule. The Academic schedule is published before registration begins and includes the pertinent class information required for registration, while the Final Exam schedule is published just prior to the start of each semester.
