Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program
Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program is designed to provide SLCC’s leaders with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for being a successful supervisor in our diverse campus community. This Certificate is required for all new supervisors and must be repeated every two years. The program contains six modules and runs from 9am - 2pm
All sessions are held in the TB 225D-A, Professional Development Center, Taylorsville Redwood Campus

Core Manager Training
This series is designed for SLCC managers who want to strengthen leadership and supervisory skills while leveraging technology to lead effectively. Each session dives deeper into essential topics—such as communication, performance management, team development, and navigating change—while introducing digital tools that help managers collaborate, organize, and build confidence.
