Supervisor Essentials Certificate Program is designed to provide SLCC’s leaders with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for being a successful supervisor in our diverse campus community. This Certificate is required for all new supervisors and must be repeated every two years. The program contains six modules and runs from 9 A.M. - 3 P.M.
All sessions are held in the TB 225D-A, Professional Development Center, Taylorsville Redwood Campus

12:30pm - 1:15 pm | Module 4: EO & Title IX Policy Review |
1:15pm - 2:00pm | Module 5: Change Management |
2:00pm - 3:00pm | Safe Hire* |
*Not required if you have previously completed Safe Hire in the last two years
