This Certificate is required for all new supervisors and must be repeated every two years. The program contains six modules and runs from 9am-4pm:

• Module 1: Giving Frequent Feedback: Managing Performance (9:15am-10am)
• Module 2: Addressing Reasonable Accommodations & Employee Leaves (10am-10:45am)
• Module 3: Leading with Integrity: Aligning Culture, Conflict Resolution, and Corrective Action (10:45am-11:30am)
• Module 4: Creating a Positive Team Culture: EO & Title IX Policy Review (11:40am-12:30pm)
• Module 5: Creating Psychological Safety to Foster Change (1pm - 1:45pm)
• Module 6: Safe Hire at SLCC* (1:45pm-2:45pm) (followed by Safe Hire for Faculty until 3:30pm)

*Not required if you have previously completed Safe Hire in the last two years
