Level 2

This level is aimed at knowledge acquisition. Here you will receive in-depth and usable information about relevant health and wellbeing topics. Participants will be incentivized for selecting and completing a maximum of three items ($100 each) from this list:

The Employee Wellness Lecture Series aims to improve the health knowledge of all full and part-time college team members. The 2020-2021 Lecture Series includes presentations on Environmental Health, Intuitive Eating, Mental Health and Workplace Culture.

Unable to attend the Lecture Series during the scheduled times below? Although not as much fun as being in the class with peers, the recorded EWB Lecture Series allows you to receive the same content on your own schedule. Please watch all four lectures HERE and take the quizzes from each.

Virtually every aspect of your daily living can be quantified (physical activity, sleep, geographic location, etc). Through this program, you will discover your daily physical activity patterns (distance/day or steps/day), sleep routine as they relate to quality and quantity, and hydration patterns then learn how to improve them.  Complete the Quantified Self program online by watching the QS video series.
