Mediation Services 

As a part of the formal employee grievance process, mediation is available for full-time employees who have filed a formal grievance. Both parties must agree to mediation. A trained mediator will be assigned and will act as a neutral facilitator to work towards a mutually satisfactory agreement between both parties.
