Policy Interpretation

Need help understanding one of SLCC’s policies or have a specific policy-related question? We can help! We’re also happy to provide customized training for your department regarding a variety of policies, including Paid Time Off, Corrective Action, Employee Conduct, etc.

Coaching and Training

We serve as a neutral party in informal mediation sessions, helping you to resolve conflicts early on and at the lowest level possible. We can also provide you with coaching techniques and strategies that you can bring back to your department.

Corrective Actions Assistance

We can assist and guide you through Corrective Action procedures with training, coaching, and/or informal mediation.

Performance Management

We can help you to optimize employee performance and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Through communication and planning, you’ll learn to evaluate and improve an employee’s performance, better aligning it with SLCC’s mission, vision, values, and departmental goals.

Workplace Conflict Resolution
