  • Christina Holm, Assistant Directory - Library Services
    Christina recently helped design, assemble, test, and facilitate an INCREDIBLE Library orientation experience for STEM Bridge students where students learned about the SLCC Library by solving an escape room. She was also instrumental in setting up the partnership with the lead faculty member; without this partnership, we would not have been able to work with these students.
  • Jonathan Hair, Assistant Directory - Budget Office
    Jonathan is always available to help with all things budget. He explains things in a clear and concise way and is great at helping others learn. Keep up the good work, Jonathan!
  • Lisa Gillespie, Accounting Technician - Accounts Payable
    Lisa is always very kind and very helpful. Today I am especially grateful for her timely assistance with an old year/new year question. I appreciate her answering the phone so quickly and her kindness and help during this busy time for us all. I always feel that my inquiries are timely answered and communicated with kindness.   • Mark Ewoldt, Desktop Support Technician - Information Technology
    Mark responded to my work request and went above and beyond. He modeled clear, consistent communication, documented updates in their system and completed a complex, lengthy repair. Mark modeled the customer service and value that should be the standard or even the exception at the college. Thank you to Mark!
  • Tashelle Wright, Associate Dean - SAT Instruction
    Tashelle Wright has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding the transition of Health Care Technology programs to the School of Health Sciences. Her people-centered approach, empathy, and resilience in navigating complex challenges have already led to meaningful improvements. She exemplifies the spirit of collaboration and dedication that makes SLCC a better place to work and learn.

    Erica recently helped design, assemble, test, and facilitate an INCREDIBLE Library orientation experience for STEM Bridge students where students learned about the SLCC Library by solving an escape room. Erica's dedication to making the library a welcoming, fun space for all students really shone in these escape rooms!
  • Megan Grant, Help Desk Support Technician - Information Tech
    Megan took the time to go through updates on my PC 1.1 with me. She paused, listened, and paid extra attention to the anxiety about the update not working and made the time to help. Because of her extra time and effort, not only was the issue resolved, but she also turn a crummy week/overly crummy day into a better one. BIG THANKS for going above and beyond!
