Amanda organized a multi-campus event that required a lot. This event was very successful due to her dedication. What’s more she helped everyone involved have fun with UP3RC because of her positive and snarky attitude. Amanda is a joy and we at SLCC are lucky to have her!

Amy takes thoughtful and innovative approaches to meeting our organizational needs. She recently showed our team how to use MS Lists to effectively respond to service tickets. This work is essential to our effective operations.

Annette Lowe, Director, Accounting Systems/Payroll

As my new boss I would like to nominate Annette Lowe as a staff star. She is friendly and creates a positive work environment. She is appreciative and is always willing to find solutions demonstrating her leadership. I appreciate her kind words, commitment to a cohesive team. Annette is an outstanding leader, and anyone would be fortunate to work with her.

I nominate Brett for Staff Star. His commitment to learning new strategies for our students set him apart. He inspires continuous learning recently obtaining a master’s degree which reflects his dedication to personal growth and contributes to our institution. Brett’s dedication to learning makes him an ideal candidate for this recognition.

Kam did a quick check and found something in the HVAC was broken. Kam Blake and Del were super quick to get it fixed and the best part is they cleaned up everything after they were done. These guys came to the rescue so I could return to my work. THANK YOU!!!!

Elizabeth works tirelessly to support her team and provide excellent services to our students. Recently Elizabeth started working on a project to help us transition to a new library chat platform. Because of her work we will be able to improve our services to support students!

Evan is the first to ask if he can assist me when he sees a need or is willing to assist when I ask the front desk staff for assistance with a task. He goes the extra mile and ask questions about what he can do further to assist. I greatly appreciate his consistent positive, friendly, helpful attitude! Thank you, Evan!

He assisted me with loading up our cart with items not needed in our breakroom and unloading the cart in our storage area. This assisted in freeing up a lot of space in the breakroom and assisted me greatly. I really appreciate him taking the time to assist! Our part-time staff is amazing! Thank you, Kamron!

You can trust that when you bring up an issue with Mohammad, he will look into it, explain things in detail and get back to you in a timely manner. Whenever he is here, I can count on him to help me out with student accounts and issues withe collections and other things.
