• *Anastasia Morgan - College General Counsel, Office of the General Counsel
  Anastasia has genuine care for the SLCC community and navigates complex and legal policies keeping the institution at the forefront. She is patient, kind, and approachable and is consistently responsive, thoughtful, and collaborative. She makes SLCC a better place to work and learn.
• Blake Webb - HVAC Controls Technician, Heat Plant and Kam Howell – Director, Heat Plant
  I would like to recognize Kam Howell and Blake Webb for their quick response when the air conditioning system went down in our building. The temperature was rising fast and it was expected to be over 100 degrees that day. Their attention to this matter was resolved before the weather hit triple digits and it was much appreciated.
• Dulce Hashmi - Administrative Assistant, Math
  Dulce is always accessible, kind, polite, and willing to communicate policies and procedures to colleagues and students. She is smart and does the job quickly and perfectly. She defiantly makes the SLCC a better place to work!
• *Laif Erickson – Specialist, Information Technology
  My department hosted an event at Westpointe Campus. We needed a virtual option for the meeting and Laif spent hours looking for a fix and eventually came up with a room that worked. The meeting was a great success. I am very appreciative of all Laif did, with a positive attitude, to make this event a great success
• *Lindsey Page - Program Manager, Math
  Lindsey did a fantastic job helping with the Math 920 program since she has been hired. She is knowledgeable and kind when it comes to working with colleagues and students. She definitely makes the SLCC a better place to work!
• Peter Wiarda – Coordinator, eLearning
  Peter provides incredible support for the team. When an issue came up he was calm, had problem-solving skills and is always helpful and willing to share insights that make work better. Thank you, Peter, for being such a great partner and having a positive attitude with every interaction.
• *Richard Boruszewski - Senior Director, Financial Aid
  Richard is instrumental as we navigate scholarship funding and aid for our students. He is patient, kind and is always willing to collaborate, answer questions to remove financial barriers for students. His dedication, expertise, and student-centered approach make SLCC a better place to work and learn.
• *Roger Reid - Facilities Supervisor, Facilities Services
  Roger has made a tremendous impact since taking on his new role, creating a level of consistency, accountability, and excellence greatly improving the student center environment and virtually all problems have disappeared. He helped create a welcoming and well-maintained environment. He leads by example, is dedicated, and his leadership has truly made a lasting difference.
